Manage Your Mail Box

Now you control your mail box, for example you can setup your own
"auto reply message" for incoming messages, or forward your mail to another mail box, and more.

Manage Your Internet Account

Here you can log into you INternet account and make payments, keep you address current, or update your credit card, as well as add services to your account.

The GDSI Remote Assistance Download

1. When the screen comes up to "Save" or "Run" this file, select "Run".
2. A screen will come up that has GDSI Internet Support on the left. Just double click that line.
3. This will send us a request for Remote Assistance, and we then can gain control of your computer, and try to assist you.

This is a very safe file and it does not install anything on your computer. When we are finished it is completely removed from your system.

Note:= DO NOT RUN THIS UNLESS WE HAVE INSTRUCTED YOU TO DO SO!!
