Changing
Mail Settings For
Microsoft
Outlook
1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Click On
Tools, Then Email Accounts

3. Click
Next Once Your Set To View Or Change Existing Email
Accounts

4. Highlight
The Email Account From DeFuniak Springs, and Click Change.


5. You will see these two settings
Incoming Mail
(POP3): mail.gdsys.net
Outgoing Mail
(SMTP): mail.gdsys.net
These are the
two settings that are going to be changed to:
Incoming Mail
(POP3): popserver.gdsys.net
Outgoing Mail
(SMTP): smtpserver.gdsys.net
6. Click
Apply Then Ok…Click Close To Exit Internet Accounts.
7. Click Send
/Receive To Start Receiving Your Email Again.
